Chief Puppy/Lead Design
  • Chaos Chess
  • Building Block Adventures/ABCs
  • Denoa World of Adventure
  • Bombs 'n' Bunkers
  • Imajewels
  • The Nearside Project
Danny has been tinkering with game design since since he was a child growing up in the north of Canada. Although most of his designs never left his loose leaf notebooks, he managed to create his first full game Chaos Chess in 1989. At the same time he designed a mytho-centric fantasy world named Denoa which spawned Adventure Block Cards and Building Block Adventures. He has spent entirely too much time at home with his computer. He is sweet on hammercat.

Danny
Magyar

omnidog
Secret Weapon
  • All Matters Dark and Mysterious
  • Accounting
Danny Magyar grew up in northwestern Canada. We cannot divulge anything about him unless you have Class 5 Clearance with the CSIS. Previous rumors of him having adamantium bones and claws were greatly exaggerated. The reports of his breeding the second generation of Hammerdogs are completely true.

Allan
Whincup

artdog
Artist
  • Chaos Chess
  • Imajewels
  • Hammerdog Logo
Allan is currently enrolled in the Fine Arts program at the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. He has worked as a freelance cartoonist for the past 10 or so years. Allan started by working on Chaos Chess and now does a dogpile of art for Hammerdog. Check out his other stuff at:

He is surprisingly strong and agile, and has recently proven himself quite virile.

Jenelle
Risser

Sales & Promotions

Design & Slavelabor
  • Imajewels
Jenelle hails from the American midwest and has called Ohio, Indiana, and Australia home at one point or another in her active life. Jenelle discovered her inner game geek relatively recently and has certainly made up for lost time by designing a line of prestige counters we call Imajewels (TM). Recent genetic testing has proven that Jenelle descended directly from Amazons. She is sweet on alphadog.

Stephen
Herron

birddog
Creator / Designer / Freelance Coordinator

  • The Nearside Project
Stephen was born and raised just outside Belfast, Northern Ireland over 300, er, 30 years ago, and has lived in the US for over three years now after a failed Summon Husband spell by his wife Sara couldn't be reversed. He has been wargaming with his dad as long as he can remember, and has been designing games for nearly twenty years. He spends a lot of his spare time wondering what the world would look like if he was in charge though but considering the dreamed up The Nearside Project, it would have to be a lot more Lovecraftian.

Victor
Talalay

polydog
Creator

  • Cleopatra's Gambit
  • The Chain Gang
Victor lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He has tinkered with games for years producing a library of designs that he hopes will one day see print. Victor created the magnificent Cleopatra's Gambit which was Hammerdog's first ever board game. With an eye towards mathematics and education Victor created the clever Chain Gang. As far as we know he has no designs to take over the world.

  • A Night in Remmington Mansion (forthcoming)
We can't tell you much about Jack because we're not ready to let you know about him. Let's just say for now that he owns a store called Matrix Games and Diversions in Sheffield Lake, Ohio. You should visit his store if you are near because it's about as cool a game shop as you'll ever find. Jack has tinkered with games for years and is in the process of developing some of our future hits. Look for these secret projects to be uncovered soon, none of which have to do with cloning him. Honest!

Kimberly

Kimberly has recently entered the plethora of webdesigners out there. While she hasn't quite mastered some of the more intricate design elements, we liked her well enough for this current version of our website. Feel free to visit her website if you want to learn more.
